Fill half a cocktail shaker with ice. Measure and pour the grape juice and cordial into a cocktail shaker, and shake together.

50ml Famous Grouse
25ml Apple Sourz
10ml Bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial
25ml fresh lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
50ml ginger ale
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker- except ginger ale. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Champagne Flute and topic with ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of fresh apple.

50ml bison grass vodka
25ml Bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial
Cloudy apple juice
Pour the vodka and elderflower cordial into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with apple juice and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of apple.

½ apple
15ml Bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial
15ml Lime Juice
100ml Apple Juice
Muddle ½ an apple in a boston glass, add the elderflower, Appleton Estate V/X, lime juice and apple juice, fill with crushed ice, shake and pour into a large tumbler. Garnish with Apple and Slice of Lime
