50ml Famous Grouse
25ml Apple Sourz
10ml Bottlegreen Elderflower Cordial
25ml fresh lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
50ml ginger ale

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker- except ginger ale. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Champagne Flute and topic with ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of fresh apple.
